Excellent directions so easily found. Good parking and garden. Quiet at night with little internal or external noise, although a lot of light pollution. Booked on recommendation from friends and will happily recommend to other friends. Will visit again if need to visit the Torquay area.

Really excellent guest house, which is more like a small high quality hotel than your average seaside guest house Great room with lots of nice touches, superb breakfast and Matt and Lisanne are great hosts. Why would you stay anywhere else in Torquay?

I have stayed here a few times now and look forward to my next stay. The guest house is set in a safe and secure neighbourhood, a short walk from numerous pubs and restaurants and perhaps a 20 minute walk down to the seafront. The beds and showers are superb. Breakfast is served from 8.30 and will suit all tastes....

Stayed for 3 days. Well deserving of ttheir recent award. Spotlessly clean and excellent food .. Would. Have been easier with a car as there were hills everywhere, but enjoyable nonetheless. Owners have only been there two years, but they are friendly and hospitable. Well recommended.

Having stayed in many B&B`s over the years, this is the first one we have ever decided to return to. I think that says it all really. We can only reiterate what others have already stated. Great hosts, great breakfasts, rooms very well cared for. We will be returning.
