Warm, clean, cosy twin-bedded annexe. Liz was so welcoming on arrival and after ensuring I knew all I needed to know, left me alone which was very much appreciated. The room was very well-stocked with self-service breakfast goodies and the shower room was clean and warm. Didn't get a chance to hang out in the garden, which was a shame...

this one bed studio type annexe in Totnes was extremely well fitted out. Plenty of little extras such as hot water bottle etc! The breakfast left in the room was plenty and varied, I particularly liked the fresh fruit! Lots of choice with drinks as well. Liz was around if you needed her. would def stay again!

A short walk from the town in a quiet attractive road with its own separate entrance. Everything is of the highest quality and the attention to detail is exceptional. Liz has thought of everything and achieves a good balance between leaving you be and being on hand for any advice or needs. Ideal for Totnes and all that delightful town...

A modern self contained apartment with separate access, kitchenette, and lovely furnishings. Liz couldn't do more to help - there's instructions of how to walk into Totnes, lots of tourist information and restaurant information. It's clean and I love the extra touches - hot water bottles, lots of different teas, extra heat sources, snacks etc.

We stayed here for a long weekend. It's an amazing place. You have your own front door. Microwave, sink and fridge. Everything is spotlessly clean. Liz's breakfasts are amazing. Everything is local produce from the local shops, Liz even got some black pudding in for my husband after he mentioned it, she said she had never cooked it before. I...

Welcoming hostess. There is only the one room, but it has a private exterior entrance and the room is like an efficiency apartment: beds, TV, books, sitting area, microwave, and refrigerator. Also the electric kettle, sink and dishes, and an abundant choice of special teas and instant coffees. The room is clean and attractive in a quiet neighborhood, and the...

I stayed for the weekend. It is less a B&B and more a home from home. Complete privacy with all the facilities and finishing touches you could possibly ask for AND a wonderful breakfast. The room boasted a fridge and a microwave so it is possible to make snacks later in the day too. Totnes is a delight and Whimbrels...

Stayed here for one night. Room has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. 2 single beds, small seating area, kitchenette with microwave, toaster & kettle. En suite bathroom well-stocked with shower gel, shampoo etc. Our host Liz made us a delicious breakfast. Very near Totnes train station & shops. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely welcoming b&b. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Our host Liz looked after us very well using local produce for our breakfast which was delicious. It was an easy walk into Totnes which is a lovely town with some unique shops. Definitely a place to visit again.
