The rooms are small but the hotel is beautiful. It's a shame that the members of staff are not as friendly/welcoming as the bar staff (this definitely needs improving) The surroundings of the hotel is lovely with the sea front being right at the back of the hotel. As I said the main fault with this place is the staff!

We stayed one night at the Royal Bath. Had to "upgrade" to get a room with a window!! The room was very big and very cold. There was a radiator under the window but once the curtains were drawn the heat disappeared. Fortunately there was oil fired radiators that we could plug in. The bed although very big was very...

Could be a really nice hotel with a bit ot attention. Really handy for the town centre/ BIC and Pavilion and the beach. Public car park right next door £10 for 24 hours (as opposed to hotel parking £20 for 24 hours). Plus the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately let down by a) the overheated rooms. Difficult to sleep it...

I stayed here for one night and I really wish it had been longer! What a lovely hotel. I came here a couple of years ago and it was a bit run down, but now it is really nice. The double room was a treat. Lovely big bed with a comfortable mattress and thick duvet which really wasnt necessary as...

My son and grandchildren gave us a night out at this hotel for Christmas so we added a second night to make a trip of it. Hotel is in a great location and generally the public rooms are very good if dated, its an old fashioned seaside hotel probably geared for the more mature guests. We appear to have been...

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for two nights. I booked a club double with no window yet we were given a city room with windows, which was lovely (282). Couldn't fault the room at all, apart from the tv didn't work, when we told a member of staff they came to the room within 10 minutes and...

We booked a cream tea for 5 people, and when we booked said that one person (aged 97) was disabled. We were not told that there were several steps up into the main entrance, and no-one around to assist. When we came out, we discovered there was a portable ramp we could have requested - if staff had been available!...

We booked a night at the Royal Bath hotel because we had an ball to attend in the evening. When we arrived I actully felt that I went back in time, the hotel is tired and dated. We went to the spa department and that was lovely and relaxing and one of the best part of the hotel but I...
