Stayed here for one night with an inclusive dinner, bed and breakfast deal. The hotel is huge and I love it's quirky staircases and corridors. Our room and bathroom had just been refurbished and although small, had everything you needed. The smell of the new carpet was lovely! The bar/lounge area is so big with high ceilings, it was lovely...

Don't listen to the negative reviews this hotel is lovely. Excellent location we had a big room with a sea view. The meals were good and there was evening entertainment. The staff are friendly throughout the hotel.we will most certainly be back.

I've seen some shocking reviews on here and frankly found them totally unfounded. We had a lovely time here. We had a massive room with an amazing view over the sea. If you opened the windows you could hear the waves crashing over the beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Dinner too though choice a bit limited. Evening entertainment a bonus,...

We had received conflicting reports regarding the standard of food especially at Sunday lunch time so we decided to visit ourselves. The premises are still quite grand with staff courteous and polite. The lunch was self-service a 3 course meal (including carvery) with a good choice on offer and the quality of food very acceptable. Imagine our surprise when the...

Arrived at 3pm and waited nearly an hour to check in. It was like walking into the set of benefits britain. Don't go there if you are a gay couple. Shame really as the build being looks great.guess this is what happens when you put rooms on sale for £32. Useful if you speak Polish

Had 3 nights in this hotel. Huge room, good service and lovely food. Great location. We were on bed, breakfast and evening meal basis and there was a choice for each course, had some lovely pork and lamb, herb roast were fab. We would use this hotel again as had a very good stay. Parking would be a nightmare in...

Me and my partner decided to stay here for 1 night as we found an offer on groupon. This offer allowed us to pay an extra bit of money in order to have an evening meal and a bottle of wine included which with the room included, totalled £75! Bargain! This is where it went downhill... We arrived at the...

A lovely, tired British seaside hotel. We got a great last minute deal for one night, so certainly the cost was not an issue, reception was! A miserable welcome from a gentleman receptionist, no greeting, no smile, no eye contact. Just a rubber stamp booking in. we were away for the night and really looking forward to it, he was...

Arrived in sunshine to a room with lovely sea view so a great start to our break. Food selection at breakfast was a bit poor with no rolls or pastries only sliced bread. Cooked food was a little greasy. Our main problem with this hotel was the leisure centre where we were looking forward to having a swim and a...

On arriaval the reception staff were very unwelcoming, not friendly or forth coming. Our booking in process took ages (very slow). Gum was being chewed by the staff member that was dealing with us. The telephone was answered during booking in, the domestic staff were trying to deal with a problem infront of customers. Felt very uncomfortable. It was a...
