We stayed between Xmas and New Year and the hotel appeared totally unprepared for the guests who had fully booked all the rooms. To deal with these numbers (most on food inclusive packages) inspired management decisions were made to close half the bars and restaurants and get all the guests through one restaurant buffet style with one buffet table. This...

Needs a revamp. Very tired looking hotel. 30 years ago would of been a nice hotel. Food was awful. Restaurant was a dismal place. Be aware of a £10 car park charge and a charge for use of pool and gym. Good location is about all its got going for it. Wished we had looked more carefully at other peoples...

We visited over New Year on a superbreak package as part of a party. The rooms we occupied appeared to have been recently upgraded and were of reasonable quality save for the bathroom where there was no heating ( upon enquiry we were told head office had decreed that radiators were to be turned off with no explanation despite the...

We have stayed here before and had a very decent room, on this occasion though we were amazed at just how awful the room/cell we were allocated was. As there was no possibility of paying to upgrade (we asked) we decided not to stay as the prospect of staying in the "club room" was so horrendous. Beware of booking a...

Was completely disappointed with he hotel. My husband booked the hotel for a two night break with our children as a Christmas present. When we arrived they took full payment of the stay which did not allow us to have any tab running for the bar...... many hotels take payment when checking out Firstly they advertise ever famous oscar dining...

We booked a last minute overnight stay for 30th December. This hotel has seen better days, but it's star rating and prices reflect this. We found the reception staff helpful, the lady noticed my wife was using a walking stick and gave a no stairs route to our room. We had a very large, clean room which opened onto the...
