Mixed service levels from staff, some good others poor to bad. Was okay for one night but would seriously consider another option for longer. Food was okay and the beds comfortable but these can be achieved in most places.

During the buffet our plates were cleared before we'd even finished our mouthfuls. When we pointed this out to the manager we were tutted at and told that they were just efficient. No apology. Rooms all unbearably hot. Charged for swimming. Charged for towels. Charged for lockers. Bedroom windows dirty and didn't open. No outside line on phones. No wi-fi....

We have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at The Royal Bath Hotel. When we first arrived there was a queue to check in, purely because of lots of guests arriving at the same time. The two male receptionists were consistently working hard to deal with guests. Our receptionist apologised for the wait and was very helpful. On reaching...

Booked a room for Saturday 27th Sep, was given what can only be described as a poor and dirty room. The decor and furniture were well worn and dated, (nothing like the website) the sink in the bathroom had a big crack in it, the bath was chipped and the not so white silicon around the bath was black and...

Myself and my partner decided to get away for one night and booked a lux double room, on arrival we didn't have a clue where too park as the hotel was situated on the main road on a roundabout with a queue of cars already outside, just next door is a big public car park but as it was a...

This was obviously once a very a very prestigious Victorian Hotel now in need of a little TLC but still maintaining some style and a sense of opulence due to the sympathetic décor and grande fittings. The on-site Parking is quite expensive (£25 per day) so we opted for the nearby Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) council-run multi-storey which charges £12.50...

Yet again another disappointing experience at the Royal Bath yesterday, with staff simply ignoring us and making no effort to please. Luckily the spa and pool area was a far better experience, the staff there were so friendly and efficient.

After returning from a 4 day break at the Royal Bath Hotel I would just like to say it was a great disappointment. On checking in which was a long affair we were informed it was £20.00 a day to park the car which was not clearly advertised when making a booking. On entering our room to was clear this...
