A very good breakfast. Sadly thereafter downhill. Nothing good to say about the smell or accomodation so best to let your imagination fill in the blanks. Staff pleasant and helpful, remember ... it's not their fault!

The worst hotel I've ever seen. We didn't even stay the night. Absolutely horrible the artex had fallen off the ceiling into the bath, the paint was falling off the walls, the TVs was broken, the room stank like an old people's home, the carpets were ripped, the furniture was from the 70s and I don't thing it had been...

Basic accomodation, Great location. Rooms clean and functional. Free wi-fi in lobby. Good prices in the bar, friendly bar staff. Very good value if you look around on the net. I Paid £69 for 3 nights without breakfast.

Stayed here for the weekend, hotel staff approachable and friendly. Ideally situated in Bournemouth 5 min walk to the main town centre. Clean room bathroom was large. Far from luxury but passable by out standards! No broken bits and also parking for £10 per night! NOT BAD AT ALL!

Overall good value, double bed in a single room but not cramped, however,it was very warm even though I didn't have the radiator on and the hot water was extremely hot.The staff were very nice and there seemed to be a good lounge and restaurant area although I didn't use any of those.Great location for both the railway station and town centre/beach.

I've stayed here a couple of times as it is a nice cheap hotel that is dog friendly... I stayed there this weekend with a friend and 2 dogs and the bar manager was exceptionally rude! There was no need for it whatsoever! Even the other people in there were shocked at his attitude! Dog friendly is dog friendly and...

I booked this hotel as were we're watching a band locally and it was cheap. Me being me, I booked it and only then looked at the reviews on here. After I saw the pictures on here, I was actually dreading it! Well, we got there and it was very dated, the staff were pretty unhelpful, the corridors stank of...
