Found this hotel on booking.com and it was the most reasonably priced one available in my search. Stayed here for a weekend break and it was perfectly fine. Our room was a double on the first floor located at the back of the hotel. It was a good size, with a good sized bathroom. Everything was clean tidy, and the...

We stayed a night at this hotel as we had a wedding to attend . We booked 3 rooms , a family room, a double and a twin on bookings.com. It told us we wouldn't have special rooms. Well we got there and the staff couldn't help us enough as we had a very young baby with us . All...

Hi,just returned from a long weekend in Bournmouth staying at the Heathlands hotel on Grove Rd (last we/end in Feb). Good hotel, nice and clean reception, well staffed with obliging management. Room clean, comfortable, well decorated and serviced daily. Dining room clean and again well staffed, meals buffet style, food hot, something there for all tastes, but could have done...

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, room had mold in it, restaurant staff rude and the place was very unhygienic. Coffee tastes like it was around 5 days old. Room was not clean, outside of building needs a good paint

Customer service at reception was brilliant when my partner and I arrived. He was very helpful, funny and welcoming. Cannot fault. The room however was absolutely awful. Trying to have a shower when all settings came out at boiling hot, scolding or burning. The same with the sink, and after leaving an hour for the water in the pipes to...

When we arrived at the hotel we had pulled in and parked in the back enterance which did not look nowhere near as nice as the front. The building is pretty old and is in need of a good painting and refurbishment. We paid 67 for a room which included car parking for the night too. The room was very...

We host intensive english courses for forein students. This mature student wanted to stay in Bournemouth by the sea.. We made the booking to ensure the the correct standard of room would be provided. We asked about their special rate and found that this was for internal rooms very basic with no window. So we requested a standard room with...

Stayed here for one night, which was probably the maximum you would want to stay here. The staff were friendly, it was cheap and the hotel was spotlessly clean. On the negatives the walls are paper thin (you hear everything!), the beds are too small, and it was punishingly hot even with the radiator off we had to open the...
