8th to 13th Jan Fitcamp. My second one at this hotel. Such good value for money. A five night stay with a full 4 day programme of excercise classes with great tuition from excellent fitness trainers. My favourite was Lee who showed real professionalism and skill, while having a very empathetic and supportive personality, and knew the value of engaging...

fantastic even got given the bridal suite and the price was cheaper than the website. Food was great and the service too. Even though we couldn't get in to the car park the on road parking was easy and not too expensive. Would definitely go again. The pool is very small so didn't bother with that.

My company booked and paid for 2 separate rooms for a business trip from Nottingham to Bournemouth. The Head receptionist informed me on arrival the rooms had been booked but not paid for - even though I held the confirmation of booking and payment in my hand. She was extremely rude and wouldn't listen to anything I told her. The...

We have arrived today, 1st problem - check in - only had us booked in for 2 nights instead of the 4 so took nearly 20 minutes to check in. 2nd problem - the room, on the fourth floor , i suggest if you are placed on the 4th floor you request to be moved! The wallpaper was falling off...

Hotel easy to find, car park very full and a deceiving low wall on which we caught the car bumper ! Met with our party and easily found the room we were in. Staff very helpful but didn't tell us that a rail for our coats was available so mine hung on the back of my chair. Food was lovely...

This was my fourth annual bodyfit camp and it was the BEST ONE yet!! I have discovered that this is the only way to start the year ... detoxed, fit, healthy and happy! Despite enjoying exercise and a healthy lifestyle already, I lost nearly 6lbs this time round!!! Bodyfit camp is unbelievable value for what you get which includes 26...

On arrival to the hotel we were pleasantly surprised as the room had an additional bed which was perfect for my friend and I who were staying for the weekend. Whilst the room was basic it was ok for what we wanted. We did note that the windows weren't staying open which would have been an issue as the room...

The rooms are very dated and not as in the website images. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was very hot with no aircon, but meets basic needs. The room was clean, however, friends who were staying with us on the same night had a dirty room on arrival. The bar closed early for residents. The staff were unhelpful...

I couldn't recommend Boot Camp more highly. It was a fantastic experience and incredible value for money. As well as losing 8.9 cm from my waist I met some lovely people. I also learnt a lot about exercise and nutrition. Food was fantastic and healthy. Instructors were all good and I would consider moving to Bournemouth so I could have...

Met some friends, had a great meal and some good entertainment. unfortunately the hotel had nothing to do with this. we arrived and checked in quite quickly and found our room. small but adequate...

Dear Wardy1979 I can see we reserved an economy bedroom in line with the requests of your online booking. While our economy bedrooms have everything one would expect they do tend to be not as modern as other bedrooms we have and may not have such a good view, and lastly may be affected by noise. All of this is...
