I feel I need to give two different ratings. One for the staff and wonderful ladies weekend they recently put on, and the other for the room. The staff are extremely attentive and the food, service and general atmosphere on both the Friday and Saturday evenings and at breakfast was wonderful. A lot of the rooms at the hotel are...

The hotel has good amenities although the rooms are in need of updating. I have stayed at the hotel before so was aware of this. However the management and staff are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is second to none. Well cooked, lots of it and always served hot.

Weekend break for the Mrs Birthday..good location ,walking distance from beach ,free heated pool (very safe for kids)included in price ,bar staff very helpful, allowing me keeping the Birthday cake in their fridge .. Hotel was very crowded and noisy ,which is understandable at this month of the year with all the companies doing their staffs parties .. Will definitely go...

We chose to stay at the Queens Hotel after seeing it for a good price on booking.com, it appeared to be good value for money. When we arrived one of the first things stood out to us, despite free parking being advertised there were no free spaces at all. We spoke to the reception staff and they told us we...

Stayed at 'The Queens Hotel' Bournemouth as a special treat for Feb 14th.2017. It is a 2 minute walk to the sea front and beach. The hotel has indoor well heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam Room and sauna. There is also a very popular gym which I did not use. I rented room 112 ( The Buckingham. Suit) which was...

We have just returned from a last minute night away and at £40 for the night including spa access thought this was fantastic value. We arrived a little early and our room wasn't ready so enjoyed a coffee in the bar. Checked in quickly and the reception staff couldn't of been any nicer so friendly and helpful. We were charged...

Stayed for two days on business and the dog came too. Being dog friendly there was an extra charge and perhaps the room in which we stayed was a specific dog stay room as the carpet looked tired. The room was spacious and had a balcony, looking over the front of the hotel, although the zip mattress in our room...

Attended a boot camp for the first time. Had a fantastic time, the staff could not do enough for us, from the reception, to the restaurant and the trainers. The spa facilities were lovely, and the massage treatments were the perfect tonic for a fit camp that was really well organized. I stayed at the Ocean Beach Hotel last year,...
