Overall a fine stay, good breakfast and friendly staff. Unfortunately the spa facilities were not up to scratch which was disappointing as this was our reason for choosing this hotel over others in the area.

Location of hotel is good An ideal base . The lounges were comfortable though more staff are needed to clear used cutlery/ crockery. The dining area was spotless and well set out with glistening china and glass ware The table service was excellent whilst the food for both dinner/breakfast was well presented with excellent table service from friendly and informative...

We have been buying Peel gold voucher deals for 4 years, 3rd visit to NR hotel. Stayed in superior room, luxury with Moulton Brown toiletries. Food was excellent, and staff obliging. Car park is £15 a night, but worth it as hotel is in centre of town.

Great hotel, first class & traditional service, great position for shops & short walk to beach. On site car parking. We stayed for my wife's birthday & she enjoyed the whole experience, which made it a great weekend we look forward to returning

went last Sunday with six other ladies to round off a hen party weekend. We were all so looking forward to our afternoon tea but were very disappointed. Crisp white linen napkins, but white chunky 'cafe style' teacups. Food came on metal cake plates some of which were a little bent making them lopsided. Sandwiches were ok, but nothing special,...

We were here for 2 nights as part of a party of 12 celebrating my father in laws 70th birthday. My overriding impression is of a hotel which tries hard but could really do with some love and investment. On a positive note most of the staff were reasonably happy and friendly and the free leisure membership of the west...

This is an ok hotel but not worth the money paid or the 4 stars it is rated as. Clean and warm. Mediocre, lukewarm breakfast. Friendly staff. In one sentence I would rate this hotel as 'past it's best'.
