Excellent hotel. The only downside was slow breakfast service. Good not replenished and people were waiting for their breakfast. Apart from that it's an excellent stay in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights and had a great time. It is the perfect location for sightseeing around Bournemouth. Staff were all friendly especially Annabelle who works in the restaurant. She went above and beyond helping us with everything we needed. She is a real asset to the company! We stayed in a deluxe room it was very clean, molten brown...

From the moment we booked our experience has been majestic from start to finish. Making this booking was the start of our experience and it made us automatically want to stay here as the person making our reservation was outstanding. We arrived and had a very warm welcome Our room was front facing and was huge over looking main road...

We spent two nights at the hotel. A lovely hotel but by no means up to 4 star standard. Our room was clean with the exception of the carpet. It needed a really good shampoo. The bed was soft, which was not to my taste. The bathroom was very good. We did not have dinner in the hotel because he...

Dear Toddlerstops, I appologise about your carpet I assure you they are cleaned on a very regular basis, I will do a full hotel walk round myself to pick up such matters and have them addressed. We receive many complements about our food here and we run three menus which are the Bar Menu, Table d' Dote and Ala Carte,...

A much anticipated 4 day stay in mid May turned out to be rather disappointing. We last visited the hotel some years ago and had thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The service overall that we experienced was still as remembered but it fell down in the dining room where the staff seemed to be run off their feet and it showed....

Dear James T, Thank you for leaving your review, our staff work very hard to offer the service they provide and take great pride in that work, the staff to guest ratio for any department within the hotel is carefully monitored to ensure we can offer value to our guests. I took my two young children on a family visit and stayed here for one night. We had a great nights sleep and the children loved the pool. The hotel is in the centre of Bournemouth so ideal for restaurants, the beach and pubs.

Generally hotel very good. Rooms clean and well fitted. Breakfasts very good but evening meals not up to standard on one occasion. Staff very friendly and most helpful. Car parking very convenient if a bit expensive (£14 per night).

Dear ah396, Thank you for your 5 star review and acknowledgement of our staff. It is unfortunate that one of your evening meals was not to your liking. A lovely traditional hotel in a good location. Friendly and helpful staff. A small garden and pool. A little noisy with the traffic outside but this subsides during the night. Meals were nice - super potatoes.
