When writing my reviews I tell as honestly as I can my experiences of all locations I visit. I cannot speak for others reviewers or the reasons for the negative feedback left for some. My wife, sister in law and myself have just spent 5 very nice nights in this Hotel. The proprietor Debbie made us feel very welcome and...

Debbie is as welcoming and helpful as all the reviews say. We stayed 2 nights, the room was very clean, contained everything we needed and we had a very comfortable 2 nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent. Location is 5 mins from the beach and restaurants. Perfect location for a bike ride up to Christchurch and then over the ferry to...

So pleased you enjoyed your stay and you were lucky with the weather for the bike rides. We are so lucky here with all the great places close by to drive, walk or cycle to. Hope you can get a short break back in Bournemouth next year

Lovely hotel, well managed by Debbie and it certainly lived up to all the excellent reviews. Room 2 was spacious and spotless, the breakfast was great and the location perfect particularly if you don't mind the 25 minute stroll along the beachfront from Boscombe pier to Bournemouth pier. Alternatively you can jump on the bus around the corner from the...

Lovely welcome from Debbie. She knows so much about the area, very helpful. Stayed 3 nights bnb. We where on the top floor. Wasn't a small room. Looked out onto the road but was quiet. Not far to the beach. Bus stop around the corner. Breakfast was very good. Cleanliness in the room and ensuite great. There is also parking.

We stayed again in room No.4. Loads of space, comfortable bed, spacious en-suite. Everything you would expect from this quality accommodation. Excellent breakfasts, Debbie did us proud. Pity the weather wasn't the best, but we still managed to see some fantastic places, best being Kingston Lacy.
