      comfortable and clean

      Spacious room, helpful staff, great sea view rooms. Would recommend if you're in the area and we'll be returning on our next UK seaside break. Occasional language barriers with lots of European staff but did not detract from our overall visit

      The ones at the front can be noisy Friday night but this was because it was do hot we had to have the windows open but ring the hotel and ask for one at the rear

      Yes there is a cooked breakfast and it is very nice, they also have a buffet style breakfast range as well and this too is very nice. Lovely choices.
