Hi Gilly thank you for your response, we are planning to put in a new central heating system in the summer as on occasion the hotel can struggle when the temperature drops dramatically

Quite a few people thought we were mad going to Bournemouth on a 4 night coach break in January, but we had a lovely time! We felt really well looked after at the Savoy - we have stayed at lots of hotels in the UK and abroad and think they have an exceptional staff here. They really couldn't have tried...

Thank Joshua for your positive comments - the gardens are a great asset and we are always trying to improve them. Hopefully you will pay us a return visit in the summer when the gardens (and the weather hopefully) will be at their best.

I came to the Savoy for an a la Carte meal, I'm quite fussy with my steak but it was cooked perfectly and the staff dealt with everything me and my family needed. Beautiful garden out the back! Well done Savoy! Highly recommended 😃

Took this 4 night break with Shearings to the Savoy Hotel in Bournemouth. The hotel is a little tired but I have to say us over 60's had a wonderful time. Excellent food, very helpful and friendly staff. Not too far away from town centre and handy for bus stop around the corner.

My partner and myself have just returned after a very enjoyable New Year's break at the hotel. There was a very varied dinner menu every evening and the waiting staff were lovely, especially the young lady who served us whose name is Maria. We enjoyed the included and optional trips and the drivers of the coaches were commendable, especially Steve...

Facilities like tea and coffee in the room, and décor very good too. Went for a walk around and found it was only about a 10 minute...

My wife and I spent Christmas at The Savoy Hotel and really enjoyed ourselves. Good food and service from all staff, plenty of extras for Christmas and good entertainment in the evening. We particularly enjoyed Phil Walker on Christmas Eve and Arnold Gutbucket on Christmas Day, a nice touch on Christmas Eve was the Salvation Army playing carols. Special thanks...
