Positives: location, the swimming pool will make you laugh Negatives: everything else Dirty room, bed sheets ripped, shower useless, stains and burns on carpet, corridor smelt of cannabis and cigarettes, police there every evening, people drinking by the entrance socialising with the night staff. Wifi - what wifi? Breakfast is great if you enjoy Asda value bread and stirring tea...

Farce from start to finish, 1 room hadn't been cleaned, neither had tv's, noise from stag do's went on all night, staff don't seem to understand you need a receipt better than a card machine print out when your booking for work, all in all even for the money there is way better in Bournemouth..

We stayed in a family room. Cleanliness was not as expected. Corridors and rooms are also low on cleanliness. It is old fashioned hotel which is not fixed since many days it seems. Not much options in Breakfast as well. Kitchen was not clean and more like hostel. Very few options compared to other B&B setup. Service is overall poor.

Hotel had dirty water leaking from the ceiling on to the bed.. I was bitten by bed bugs all over my body. Please no one go to this hotel. It's a filthy dirty hole. They told us they would come to check the room, but they didn't arrive up till when we left.

Don't waste your money staying at this hotel, the rooms had no breathable air, full of dust, they didn't even seem like they were cleaned. The corridors were narrow and you could feel holes when walking on the floor. Worst of all, the person above us had a shower and water started dropping down into our room and when we...

Stayed here for a hen night, it is what you would expect for the money, the rooms were extremely dated and only borderline clean, it is a good location but i would not stay here again out of choice, we had to put down a £200 holding fee which is expected due to the nature of the trip but apart...

Booked as a group in 3 rooms, was not expecting much considering the price The beds were ok, rooms not clean, rooms not near each other even though we had empty rooms next to us, narrow and wonky stairways, very outdated and needed a good paint job inside and out. The breakfast service was surprising, it was the best thing...
