This was a lovely hotel. The rooms are okay worth the price you pay. Staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and cooked well and had a very wide range of choice. Close to the beach and restaurants. Only downfall was our room...More
Hotel was clean & tidy, we had a large family room was looked like it had been recently decorated to a good standard, although access wasn't that easy with a pushchair (the tiny lift is very slow)
Very small pool but the kids loved it,...More

Stayed for two nights at the Durley Dean and paid to upgrade to superior room. Great location on the cliffs of Bournemouth with friendly staff throughout the hotel. Very clean leisure facilities. Certainly value for money and would visit again for a short break.

I only used the pool. I did see people walking around in hotel robes so I guess they are provided. Towels are also provided.

Parking is £10 per night and the hotel does not guarantee the parking space you have paid for. If you move your car and someone else takes the parking spot then tough luck.
