I'm sure I'm shooting myself in the foot when I write this review, but when I decided to share my opinions and experiences on this website I said that I would report my true opinion about a venue we'd visited and give praise where praise was due. I really hope that this will be the only hotel review I submit...

My sister and I visited this hotel on 27th September for one night. We drove down on the Saturday morning and the hotel allowed us to park there before check in and we walked into town. It's less than a 10 minute walk. The hotel itself is amongst a 18 hole golf course so as you'd imagine, full of trees,...

September 21st to 24th. Right in the middle of the town a little oasis it is. Lovely setting on the edge of the golf course and the woods which you can walk through to town in 10 mins, 15 to the beach. Room 13 was clean comfortable, had a tea tray with biscuits ideal for the morning cuppa and the...

We were ten golfers, all men, staying for two nights B&B. For our purposes it was great. The golf course is a demanding test of golf although a little untidy. There's a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna & steam room for the healthy types. The lodge rooms were fine, staff friendly and helpful, the bar restaurant was very good with great prices....

The place needs updating, cleaning and painting. We were very grateful they let us check in at 4:00 am after our plane was very delayed. However, the place is horrible. The thing I hated most was the loud fan in the bathroom. The gel they provide in the shower and basin is so cheap and it smells really bad. I...

We had an amazing welcome from the lovely staff on Friday 22nd Aug and our room was gorgeous, but unfortunately no free smellies :-( . The breakfast and evening meal was outstanding we recommend eating in the bar and the drinks are reasonable too. The facilities pool/jacuzzi/sauna & steam room are fantastic. Me & my partner would definately recommend this...

Stayed here last week with my wife and young son. Great room and ideally located for Bournemouth town centre and the beach. Room was clean and serviced every day. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble i.e. getting a banana for my young son for his breakfast each morning. Would definitely stay...

Spent four nights in the Lodge. Location is very convenient for the town centre. We were a little disappointed in the room size , which appeared larger in the website photographs. Whilst it was a clean room , it was somewhat dark because the Lodge is surrounded by tall trees. Some upgrade to bathroom required. There is also an issue...

This is our second time staying at the Lodge and we were not disappointed. I emailed a couple of weeks prior to our visit to request room 5 and received an email straight back by Sophia who confirmed this would not be a problem, a nice touch as some hotels usually reply they cannot guarantee room requests. We love room...
