Cooperdean Travelodge was an ideal base for visiting the Christchurch or Bournemouth areas and it allows dogs which was great as this area is a doggy paradise for coastal walks. There is a burger bar and Toby Inn next door.

We were extremely satisfied with the location, the friendliness of the staff, the quality & high standard of the room and all it's amenities. This was our first stay at a travelodge, and we will definitely be coming back very soon.

2 night stay for 4 (2 adults, 2 children). Room layout not as I had hoped from pictures on line, so a bit of a squash but ok although there were some complaints each morning over the camp beds - the main double was very comfortable. Room generally clean and tidy, no bin or hairdryer although you could borrow a...

The room was average, clean enough but reeked strongly of stale cigarette smoke. It was really strong. Neither myself or my husband smoke so it was horrid. Couldn't wait to get out in the morning to be honest. The girl at the desk asked about our stay, and I mentioned it was ok apart from the smoky stench. She said...

Excellent dormitory. Comfortable room with very nice and helpful staff. Easy access with plenty of parking At £40 for the night, great value for money. There is no lift so request ground floor if you cannot manage the stairs.

Hotel was conveniently located for a sports tournament we were attending in Bournemouth, easy to find just off the main road with a carvey next door for dinner. It was a fairly standard Travelodge but clean and comfortable so would stay again - could have done with the room next door having the volume on their tv turned down a...

Couldn't fault my stay -needed to be near the hospital. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Room warm comfortable and bathroom spotless. Brilliant value for money - couldn't ask for more. Spar shop by next door garage so could get supplies.

The Travel Lodge was in an ideal location to visit the Castlepoint Shopping Centre at Christmas The room was clean and the beds comfortable and the cost very reasonable. Only complaint was the service when we arrived was a little offhand. The receptionist was standing right outside the front entrance door smoking and when he served us the smell of...

Stayed here with a friend as we were flying from Bournemouth airport early in the morning. Our room was on the ground floor, twin which was spotlessly clean, including the Bed linen etc. Very comfortable beds, would recommend.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Bournemouth Cooper Dean is a 28 beds hotel, all bedrooms are suits with shower only (no bath). We have three storeys including ground floor, three flights of stairs to climb until our second floor (top floor), we don't have a lift but hotel team is always happy to help with your luggage. We don't have bar cafe facilities but we are next door to a Toby Carvery and only across the main road there is a Harvester as an option for your evening meal. Car parking is free on a first come, first service basis and it is important to highlight that there is plenty of spaces. The hotel is very well located on busy area with plenty of activities around the hotel. However, that also means that traffic noise can be heard. They will do everything on their power to answer your enquire or support you with your request. Thank you. ... more   less
