We stayed last weekend at the Piccadilly Hotel on a dance weekend. There was 20 in our party, and what a fabulous time we had. A twin bedroom was shared by me and a friend which was on the front facing the road. No noise was heard from traffic it was very quiet. The room was lovely with modern decor and...

I've never been in such a bad hotel. Floorboards in the entire hotel squeaked, I slept for 3 hours. As the 3 am crowd came in and all seemed to walk past our room, which set the floorboards squeaking. I cut my finger on the bath tap as the Crome was falling off. The shower was a drip. It took...

Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The room TV was small, perhaps 15" - I suspect that they invested in SONY TVs some time ago. Perhaps it is time for an update. The restaurant was busy at breakfast time but there was no delay because the buffet was well organised. DO NOT leave valuables in your car. The hotel...

Could be a lot better... but the value for money is there, friendly staff tired deco. Reception seems not to be sure of what they are doing so perhaps some training would be beneficial. Restaurant staff very friendly and always seem to try and go the extra mile for guests, very interactive and seen genuine in trying to help

Stayed at this hotel for one night only. Unfortunately my sister and I must have be given the worst room in the hotel. It was like stepping back into the 70's. The décor was very dated and cold. No pictures on the wall, just hooks! We looked at another room our friends were staying in and it had obversiouly been...

We stayed here for two nights. Although we were early to arrive, the staff kindly let us park up at the hotel. Parking was fine although if we had arrived on a Friday night (we came on a Sunday) we could have struggled to park. This hotel caters for dancing holidays. The welcome from the ladies on reception was nice...

On arriving at The Picadilly I was too early for check in, however the really friendly staff made me welcome and let me park my vehicle in the car park. The reception and downstairs lounge were very clean and newly decorated, however my room wasn't too clever - the mattress on the bed was very springy and uncomfortable, also the...
