Thank goodness breakfast was included in the price because £10.00 is a rip off. Cheap yoghurts, poor cereal choice and the tea was not very nice. Hard fried eggs, overcooked bacon, undercooked tomato, deep fried mushrooms and fried bread = yuck + indigestion. Beds far too soft and very bouncy. Double glazing knackered and even though we had a room...

We held my mothers wake here. I can honestly say it was perfect. The food, a lunchtime buffet, was excellent, fresh, tasty and delicious. The wine very reasonable, the service excellent, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at a very difficult time outstanding. A perfect venue. Thank you to all, and especially Danielle who managed the whole thing.

Stayed here as part of a group weekend break. The hotel rooms are looking a bit tired with the general plumbing leaving a bit to be desired. The breakfast lacks choice, no fresh fruit and only a choice of hot breakfast on the Sunday. Saturday was full English only. Dinners were ok but only a choice of 3 mains. The...

Avoid room 121!! It's a tiny twin room with a window that couldn't be opened (this was the weekend of summer with high temperatures). Reported to reception who responded with nothing could be done until Monday as maintenance didn’t work at weekends. We were given a fan which was absolutely filthy. The toilet seat was broken, the bath disgusting –...

Three of us Stayed here on a walking holiday. Had a single room for £30 and a double for £40. Unfortunately both rooms were not up to standard. Very dated, dirty welcome pack, stained bath and a hairy bed spread!!! Both rooms were very small with a very dated T.V. No Wifi and generally dark. On the plus side. The...

We Stayed at the hotel for one night April 2016 while on a conference nearby. The friendliness and politeness of all staff we met on the reception desk was over and above. We had read on here the rooms at the front were noisy, so we especially ask for a quite room. We had room 10 (a twin room) looking...

Last time I checked, it was 2016. However, no internet access from the rooms suggest otherwise. As a business traveller this was very disappointing. I generally like to get some work done in the evening. Paper thin walls also meant I was able to hear the conversation in the room on one side that continued until 2am, and the alarm clock...

This hotel is a little old and could do with some updating. But was reasonably priced. We stayed during an English heat wave and the hotel was extremely hot and has no air conditioning. The location is within easy walking distance to the beach and into the town for the evening.
