When I booked our two night stay, I was informed that there was free wifi and air con in all rooms. When we arrived at The Croham there was a sign up saying wifi was £2.90 a day and that the air con had all been turned off, not a good start. Once in our room things didn't get much...

The most miserable and noisy Hotel, not worth even one star should be closed. Stay away from The Croham Hotel, Bournemouth!!!!! no comfort or cosy and welcoming place, this place sucks The Croham Hotel means waste of money, risk of leaving without car, and destroyed holiday.

Stayed there for 2 nights during a weekend break, mainly because they accept pets. Parking was tight and not many spaces available. The night porter was grumpy and was reluctant to help us find a parking space until we checked in, which wasn't going to happen with the car still in the road. Surprised to find a charge for parking...

Where should I start?! Chose Croham because it looked decent and accepted pets and that was crucial to us at this trip. When booked, agreed to pay on arrival. Yet the day before our arrival they've attempted to take the full payment of my card. Even though, in the situation us not turning up without telling them first they can...

Have to say my first impressions on arrival wasn't bad outside looks Ok reception was nice then it just went down hill. The male Receptionist has no customer service skills what so ever, he was mono tone in his approach and didn't not care. At on point on my two day stay I came to collect my key he saw...
