This place was a find. In the past in Brighton, we've stayed in an AirBnB and two hotels. We found them extremely expensive and poor value. The lady who greeted us at The Beach Pad was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was served at Cafe Rococo a few doors away. Lovely breakfast and lovely staff there. As this isn't a...

Stayed for a couple of nights to experience Brighton. To be frank, Brighton doesn't really float our boat. Lots of homeless people begging, traffic congestion and parking minimal and expensive. As for this accommodation, it is very well located and the owners are delightful and helpful people who seem to own/manage multiple properties in the area. If you like Indian...

The hotel was easy to find and only a 15 minute walk from Brighton train station. Upon arrival we were checked in very quick, staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and just as described. Couldn't fault the place. It's a 2 minute walk away from Brighton pier. Would definitely go back!

The host Lini was really welcoming and efficient. Every thing was good. Nice ensuite room. Breakfast in cafe on the corner was average. Great location, we were so close to the sea, all the attractions, bars and restaurants.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights over New Year. It was a nice clean room with what appeared to be a very new bathroom. It was very good for the price and included a lovely breakfast at the cafe a few doors down (breakfast was fab). We managed to get parked but it can be difficult to...

We had been there for two nights and the experience with the host and the hostel were really greatful. The room was big enough (room 3), clean and tidy. Just few minutes from everywhere. We could park our car just in front of the hostel for 20 pounds for two days and that was really helpful. HOWEVER our happines just...

Great location! So close to everything. Lovely host woman lini who runs the house, very helpful and even did a little extras for us. Room was very clean and had feathered pillows and duvet. Room was alittle bit noisy at night as we were on the ground floor and can hear people moving above. Great for the price would definitely...

It's a great location, it was that and the price that made us book. Lini the manager was very nice and we had a long chat when we arrived. Literally 2/3 minutes to the pier. We'll stay next time we come to Brighton, thanks Lini!
