defiantly a cut above the norm.. Parking can be very hit and miss outside, that's the only bad point But it's worth the wait as the owner and his bnb area First Class.. You are right in the centre of Brighton's busy scene. Two mins walk from lovely food and great pubs Oh and two mins to the beach Lovely...

Recently stopped here for the weekend as I was taking part in the Brighton half marathon. For the price I paid I could not find a fault. I stayed in the Rodean room on the top floor. A cozy single bed room which was comfy enough, just what you need after a 13 mile run!! Bathroom was clean and shower...

We booked many months ago after researching lots of properties in Brighton and have come away more than happy. From the moment we were greeted by a friendly smiling face it was all good. The room was clean and spacious, albeit up a flight of stairs, while breakfast each morning was fine - adequate continental buffet and hot cooked to...

Unfortunately I would not recommend this place to stay for anyone! Firstly for the amount I payed I was not happy with the room, the tiles were broken in the bathroom, the toilet wasn't properly cleaned when we first got there, the tiles were missing in the shower, the sink wasn't cleaned properly! Also our view from the room was...

We stayed in the Carlton room on the third floor, no lift. The room was pleasant enough the sloping floor is quirky. The shower had hairs in, the sink had a hole the iron had wires showing, the bedding very clean, and the view great if you can get the blind to stay up. All in all it didn't bother...

We booked B&B for two nights. Kempfield House is very conveniently situated. Chris, the patron, gave us a warm and informative welcome. I have some mobility problems so we were given a downstairs room, The Regency. Large, spotlessly clean, traditional, comfortably furnished with a four poster bed and pristine linen. The en suite did not disappoint, with easy walk in...
