Visited for a night. Very warm welcome by the manager. We had a lovely room overlooking the pier, it was small but perfect for anyone just wanting a place to sleep, we fitted in with bags and travel cot with no problem. A few pieces in the room slightly dated and could do with updating, but that's purely cosmetic. It...

We spent the night out in Brighton and this was ideal for us to stubble home to. Lovely little place with views in a great location. The rooms were clean and cute, perfect for an overnight stay. Will definitely go back and stay again x

Stayed for one night with a child and the man at reception was lovely and very helpful. He brought us a spare bed and hot chocolate so very nice. Our room had a sea view and we could see the pier, the traffic in the front was a bit noisy but to be expected on a bug road. Would stay...

Nice people that we met here ! The room is large, comfortable, very nice for two and for such a price ! Nothing there was really unpleasant so just read the negative aspect as an information : the bathroom is large enough for one person, you can hear the conversations from the hall and from the next room but it...

+ Great location. Clean, fresh bedding. - Grubby bathroom, take your own bleach spray. Nowhere to hang clothes or wet towels to dry after a shower. Had to buy my own toilet rolls, no staff around for the first two days. Had a late check in approved in advance but a call to cancel on the day of travel, had...

The room looked nice but there were so many little things wrong. The heating was set to inferno. The shower was pretty grotty. There was no wifi available and my room was on the ground floor so I've no idea where the wifi signal was going. For the price they charge you'd expect Breakfast but they don't provide it. They...

The room was decorated in a pleasing sage green colour. This is the only good thing I can say about the place. The heating was fixed to sauna level so even in December we were forced to sleep with the window open and enjoy the external noises, the bed was noisy every time we moved and the bathroom was smaller...
