We booked The Willows as a last minute night away to Brighton. The property is still being refurbished but the room we had was finished and had a fab view over the sea front and Brighton Pier with a perfect window seat to enjoy it from. The staff were really helpful and always on hand if we had any queries....

How this hotel was able to be open I just don't know. I would have been better sleeping in a tent! It was tatty - obviously with decoration in progress but I was not informed of this until I was back home. One of the windows up the stairs was permanently completely open - anybody could have come in throughout...

This little gem is currently undergoing some refurbishment (which is reflected in the price)but with this in mind our room was great with a fantastic view of the pier. Once the work is finished this hotel could command a higher price. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, the panelling gave it an expensive feel far from your usual...

Avoid The Willows in Brighton at all costs, left a very bitter taste in my mouth. FIRST ROOM. I requested that we moved from the first room we were in as I did not feel that it was safe. The owners of the establishment decided that they wanted to renovate the rooms by adding wood cladding around the walls. The...

This hotel is in a great location. Our room was on the top floor what incurred loads of stairs what was a killer after a few drinks lol... Room was freshly decorated and bed was lovely and comfy. Blind didn't close properly (no twisty thing to close them) but the room was very clean. Couldn't connect to wifi for some...

The hotel is clearly undergoing reservations and I am sure it will be nice when finished but at the moment everything is rough around the edges and the owners should consider charging less during this period. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the location is fantastic. We paid £140 for one night in a double room on...

We stayed in The Willows for one night with our 5 year old daughter. Our top floor room was bright and sunny with a lovely view of the pier. The lady on reception was charming and so very helpful. You won't get better value accommodation in Brighton. Our overall impression of Brighton seafront - absolutely disgusting, filthy and an absolute...

We stayed here for a few days in the summer and it was an OK stay. I would've hoped for a room higher up as we had booked a sea view room but had cars blocking our view. But we weren't in the room for very long anyway as we were out exploring Brighton. We were unfortunate to have the...
