The hotel itself is tired and very dated, maybe this adds to the character but certainly not up to any Hilton I have visited around the world. That said the location is amazing and directly opposite the sea, you have a short walk to all the shops and bars and places to eat.

Dear akailk, Thank you for taking the time to add your review to Trip-advisor. I am pleased to hear you was able to enjoy the great location by the sea, and the shops while staying with us. I am sorry you was left with the impression of lock down regarding the hotel. The rear of the hotel is secured for the safety of the guests, staff and visitors of the hotel, the same as with regards to the front of the hotel later during the night. I am disappointed you had negative experiences with some of our team members I shall be sharing this feedback with our Management Team. I was pleased to hear the kind words you had regarding some of our staff, the character of the hotel and our beds. Once again thank you for your comments we look forward to seeing you. Kind Regards Sascha Koehler General Manager

Dear Alainechristian, Thank you for contacting me with your enquiry. I can confirm that any guest wishing to have a take away delivered, must collect from the delivery driver personally from the hotels lobby. We do not allow delivery drivers on to the guest floors, but delivery drivers must have the full name of the guest that they are delivering to. If a delivery is after 11pm and the driver does not have the guests full name to check the guest is staying at the hotel they will not be allowed in to the hotel lobby.
