Really good place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast with interesting variety on offer.. Well placed for sea front and town centre. Rooms comfortable and well appointed. Parking is cheap but it can sometimes be a bit of a challenge to find a space but we managed ok for the four nights we were there.

Great b&b, great reception and attention throughout our stay from staff. Sumptuous room and facilities with ethical toiletries. Parking wasn't a problem and at £7.50 for 24 hours is much cheaper than the £25 one will pay in a multi storey. The luxury room we had was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast is not to be missed as the Art...

Our twentieth year of Christmas shopping together, we decided to go to Brighton. Where to stay? Lots of reviews and neither of us have been to Brighton for years. I found Paskins and had great communication whilst booking. Upon arrival we were not disappointed. Easy to find, warm welcome, one minute from the sea, ten minutes walk from The Lanes,...

We arrived in Brighton at 11:30 am knowing that parking spaces outside the property are hard to get. We parked straight outside, no problems at all although it was a Tuesday in November! We were able to check in to the room as there had been no guests in the room the night before, which was great as it meant...

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a long weekend, and wow what a find. I seriously can not recommend this place enough, it was a Truely fantastic stay and I didn't want to leave. Paskins is a unique little hotel/bed and breakfast, it has a lot of character and is host to a selection of warm and hospitable staff....

My fiancee and I stayed here for two nights during a UK visit earlier this year. It's a really lovely building and the staff, particularly David, were very friendly and helpful. We had the yummy breakfast both nights and they were very good about my fiancee being a coeliac (wheat allergy). Be warned that this is an old building though,...

I accidentally booked the wrong room but the staff at Paskins immediately sorted out a room for us which was better than we expected. The breakfast is LOVELY! And the managers are so lovely. Felt like a home away from home. We had a lovely lovely stay and would book Paskins again!

This place never fails to offer THE most comfortable and friendly accommodation in Brighton. I have just spent the weekend there with my daughters. The rooms are tastefully and individually decorated in the Art Deco style. The breakfast room also oozes Art Deco. I could be boring and mention the breakfasts, but that's been done to death! They are second...

I stayed here recently for 6 nights and loved it, the location is perfect with everything just a short walk away. Great staff and an awesome breakfast not to be missed. I will definitely return to this little gem

I stayed at Paskins with my dog in May 2012. This time my husband came too. We were in room 6 at the front with floor to ceiling windows and a view of the sea. The decor was black/white with a king sized silver bed that was so comfortable. A sofa as well in this large room was an added...
