The reason I've not given it 5 is because I did state on my original booking that I needed to be as close to ground floor as possible due to very serious back and knee problems but was put on top floor up 5 flights.

Very central location, very friendly and efficient hosts, comfortable room, good breakfast and very good value for money. I would definitely return. They were also very helpful letting me leave my bags there for a few hours after checkout to save me lugging them round Brighton.

The owners were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and delicious and the room was clean and comfortable! I would have no problem recommending Andorra Hotel to someone if they were after reasonably priced accommodation in Brighton!

Got pushed into this hotel after original choice "overbooked".disappointed doesn't cover it.The room on the top floor sloped so badly we were in danger of rolling out of bed.We have been in less precarious beds on a cruise! The ensuite had a window curtain hanging inside the shower, thus making it impossible to have a shower.Thankfully we only had one night...

Over the years I've visited brighton many times and in the whole the guest houses are very much like this one; basic, with a run down feel. The receptionist was friendly enough and they location 2 minutes from the sea front is perfect but there are plenty of better hotels to choose from in the area. 2 1/5 stars really.

This hotel is perfect for Stag or Hen do's. Shared a room with two other fellas for two nights at £240 (that's just £40 each per night) Accommodation very basic, dated and tired. The bathroom flooded every time we used the shower The TV was tiny and reception poor The floor was wonky (not great when the room was spinning...

Me and the other half stayed for a night when we went to see Status Quo (proof that we have good taste) at the Brighton centre. The gentleman and his wife were welcoming and very helpful. The accommodation was warm, clean, comfortable and well presented. The breakfast was cooked well. Overall the whole 'package' was worth the money, Car parking...

Let me just say welcome was very warm, the location is good and reasonable room rate and the breakfast was good. However nearest parking is a couple of streets away which is a nuisance when carrying luggage or the weather is bad. Hotel smelled of spicy food which was quite overwhelming, also opened the door to the room and it...
