Just like the staff, Peliroco is charming, witty and unique. I stayed two nights, and from check in to check out I had a great time, admiring the local art work hanging from the walls and the hotel room decor. You are cheekily tempted by Bloody Mary Breakfasts in the morning, and Cocktails in the evening, whilst interaction between staff...

Our rearranged visit to Brighton for my girlfriend and I meant we experienced a real treat our first dirty weekend in on the south coast. We were booked into Orphelia Fancy room on the 4th floor which captured our mood as soon as we arrived, with an unusual collection of bizare things that just worked. The erotic theme meant that...

You arrive at a tatty facade, to a tatty sign, a very tatty front door, and a thoroughly scabby entrance hall, into a bar designed by Stevie Wonder or Ray Charles. The tiny room (stoli) has dodgy locks, dangerous lamps, lights you CANNOT turn off, a balcony you can't walk on, with no locks on the windows, no bedside tables,...

Visited this hotel first weekend in September, stayed in the Pretty Vacant room and it was great. Jamie Reid designed the decor and there was much memorabilia in the room. Bar was fantastic, complete with a Star Wars exhibition, and the hallway was full of rock n' roll posters, pop art and humorous items to catch the eye. Situated in...

I stayed here with 6 friends for a weekend. The staff were fantastic all the way from initial booking til final checkout. The location is right near the seafront, about 200 meters from some great bars and restaurants. We loved it!

We had the fifties rock room which was fab. Overlooked the front with large windows so lots of light and cool breeze. Our friends had the Supremes room which was a bit smaller, darker with black leather curtains, very atmospheric but terribly hot on a summer night. Both rooms had vintage record players with vinyls which was great fun to...
