Excellent. Received a warm welcome from the owner, staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a comfortable bed and room was very nice. Room/bathroom was clean, comfortable. Super location for all attractions. We had a really pleasant stay.

Excellent. James was very helpful and friendly. Even though no breakfast comfortable room was available for free teas, coffee, biscuits also available in our room. Room/bathroom was clean, comfortable. We went by train because Brighton is expensive to park anywhere.

Received a warm welcome from the owner, James, who was most helpful, providing us with a map and other local information for our stay. Car parking was just a few moments walk away & cost us £16 from Friday evening through to Saturday evening, which we thought very reasonable, considering we were in the heart of town. Our room was... Room at top of house up 8 flights of stairs - last flight very dangerous. Horrible room and not very clean. Car parking expensive. We booked for 2 nights but went home after first night. As a previous reviewer said it felt like a staying in a bed sit. Brighton - thought it was supposed to be a 'classy' seaside... More

After watching the lovely video for this hotel , booked & was really looking forward to our stay We arrived to see a CLOSED sign & a No Vacancies sign , not very welcoming. We were let in by a young girl who could not speak any English , she showed us up to our room , the room was... More

Had a two night stay in room 6. Was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years (yes, we need a new one!) Beautiful room exceptionally clean with views of the i360. Owner helpfully suggested we drive 2 miles up the coast to leave our car saving us 40 quid in parking. Had a lovely stroll back calling... More

Warm welcome on arrival, quick efficient check in. Room was small but enough space for two, fabulous sea view of the i360 & the old west pier, great place to stay, close to all the attractions, some fabulous restaurants, underground parking opposite hotel, £18 for 24 hours. Definitely recommended as a reasonably priced base for a stay in Brighton.

We stayed 3 nights -this was exactly what we wanted. Near car park, sea view- plus 360 attraction- warm welcome, room small but very clean with kettle and snacks. Excellent shower- and that was on top floor. We prefer to go out for breakfast so this was perfect for us. Would definitely stay again

If this hotel had been half the price, it might have been good value. But the price was not right. On the upside: nice views, but make sure you get a sea view, otherwise the view is rubbish. central location clean and it has all the basic amenities you would expect nice old house, with wobbly floors to show it... Lovely hotel with a friendly welcome. The room was an unexpected surprise-beautifully decorated with all the expected modern facilities. The matress was a little uncomfortable but the hotel was quiet and we were still able to sleep well.We had a really pleasant stay We would definitely stay again (and having visited Brighton 3-5times a year for the past four years,...
