Its a no frills basic accommodation. We wanted a night in Brighton. We stayed in a twin room that had all we needed. It was clean and we had a good nights sleep. Buffet breakfast. The word smart though seemed out of place.
My room smelled of piss for most off my stay.
Stayed and worked in quite a few hostels, this is without doubt the worst hostel.
Poor management, but reception staff were nice.
I would not recommend.
Brighton has many other options.
