Great hotel.....receptionist was very informative with all that we needed too know so friendly and knowledgeable about the place as it was our 1st time ...Hunter I believe her name was...10 outta 10 x We stayed on the 1st February so the barman was a young lad didn't quite catch his name but he too was very friendly and helpful regarding the hotel Did not have dinner But we did have the Breakfast omg was plentiful and wide selection Really nice Will definitely book again
Great service from the staff throughout. In particular the guys in the bar - Tom and Ellis - really looked after us the whole evening. Nothing was too much trouble and we would like to enjoy that service again soon!
I am of shouting out great service! As with most professionals, we have an expectation of what good looks, feels, and sounds like when it comes to Customer Experience. For me good service is personalised, taking the time to understand the customer and the attention to detail goes a long way to ensure you are not just a customer, but one who wants to return because you get a consistency in approach and personal touches that go a long way! Equally, I am more than happy to critique if the experience does not meet the basic expectations of standard service! So I want to shout out people who have delivered an end-to-end great experience for the maintenance team, bar staff, and reception team, however, a few really stand out for me!! For a variety of reasons, I have been at the Malmaison in Brighton Marina and the staff are by far one of the greatest at demonstrating how to deliver service that is above the average. There are a few who stand out Flossie, Ellie, Lucy and Zombor……. Thank you, for making sure everything is perfect and rectifying anything that hasn’t been with anything but solutions and ownership!! You are a fantastic team and should be very proud you are able to maintain and deliver consistent quality service! Having traveled a lot in the UK for work, I have plenty to compare it to ……..I would recommend this hotel based on my customer experience!!! Malmaison Leadership, well done you have a cracking team!!!! My only criticism is some rooms need to be refreshed, and loyalty cards are missing a trick as we would come back more often if you rewarded our loyalty! …
What a lovely hotel,the decor is beautiful. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly welcoming staff. The room was very clean and comfy everything you need,we had a room with the shared terrace but plenty of space and tables for all and what a view over the boats. Great shower very hot and powerful. Didn’t have a meal here but had a couple of drinks at the bar great choice of cocktails. Slept very well didn’t hear a sound. Check out easy and will definitely be back in the future.

We use to come to as regular because we live in the marina but 2 times we came really bad experience the restaurant was really bad with not great staff,but we decided to give it a last go,we came without a booking and we were Gathered by one of the manager David really friendly and professional,he right away got us a table by the window,so we had a really great view,he came to take the order itself and Suggested us fishcakes because I love fish and it was a great choice,also he giving us some olives on the house as a welcome we found that really nice,we explained that we live in marina and that we used to come all the time but did not have great experience,he was so friendly to spent some time speaking to us and explaining that there is a new team. Atmosphere was great with Candles in lovely music,so we really had a great time. David at the end of our meal offer us tea and coffee that was really nice of him. We see now massive improvement,from staff to food,and now we are going to come back as regular again. And also to end the night David given us 20% marina discounts because we are resident,extremely 😊, we will book my daughter birthday here because happy with your service.…
Excellent hotel . Very comfortable rooms and the food was delicious. Big shout out to Stephan the nights manager who was a delight to deal with ! And made our stay memorable. Had a wonderful time. Happy new year to you all
The food and décor/atmosphere were lovely, but the staff really made it - so friendly, capable, and helpful :) Thoughtful provision for veggies and people not drinking alcohol, everyone had a great time and we all left feeling very festive.
