We stayed at Hudson's with our toddler as a last minute booking (and took the last room available as they were the most reasonably priced. They provided us with a travel cot when we arrived (even though we had forgotten to ask in advance), and didn't charge us any extra for her (although she ate breakfast with us). We stayed...

Not all bad, but wouldn't go back. Main things going for it: great location, comfy bed, clean, let us check-in early On the downside: possibly the smallest room we have every stayed in, no effort made by owner to be even slightly friendly, didn't get breakfast as booked through LateRooms - this wasn't clear at all (though maybe not Hudsons...

Stayed at Hudsons for a weekend break - down from the Lakes. Great place, quirky and full of character. V tasty breakfasts particularly the garlic mushrooms on toast and the scrambled eggs with salmon. V comfy bed, crisp white sheets and clean bedroom. Stayed in a room at the front and expected it to be noisy; it wasn't; we slept...

We feel so lucky to have found Hudsons had availability at the last minute, we were booked into the Travelodge, thinking we couldn't afford much more, but with horror stories abound on Tripadvisor I made a last minute search and found Hudsons with availability and cheaper incl breakfast! We were really taken back about how great this place was, we...

Second time we have stayed here and once again the service was excellent. All the staff were very pleasant and went the extra mile to help when we realised we would not make check in time (several hours late due to traffic). The location is ideal for discovering Brighton and the parking permits (payable on premises) are a bonus. We had a...

This was our 5th stay at Hudsons and certainly won't be the last. I am really surprised at the negative comments of some people as i have never experienced anything like that. My partner and I absolutely love it at Hudsons. Stephen and his staff are always friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is great. Really sets you up for...

My wife and I booked this B&B for 31st August as my friends wife decided to celebrate her birthday in Brighton with a meal at her favourite restaurant. We were greeted and checked in by a female member of staff who was very pleasant and gave us our key with info on breakfast times etc. We were put right up...
