We loved staying here because it is located just a short walk from the train station. All around are supermarkets and restaurants and it is walking distance to the North Lanes, Palace Pier, downtown areas and the Royal Pavilion. The staff were friendly and helpful too. We had a room that slept four as we travelled with our children and we all slept comfortably. The air-conditioning was good so were the amenities in the room. We'd probably stay here again on our next visit.

We had two nights in room 616. It's basic but fairly comfortable. It must have been our third stay here. It us very close to the station and as the train us out preferred mode of transport it works very well for us. Biled as a double, the bed is larger than that I felt. Slept OK but I've had plenty of more comfortable beds. Room was large but sparsely furnished. Clean overall which is important. The bathroom 'pod' works fine with a good shower. We didn't use the restaurant. It did it's job. No complaints here. I would stay again.

If you are staying in Brighton and just need a clean, comfortable bed and decent shower this is perfect. Excellent value and really good location. Thomas gave us a wonderful welcome and we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Station is virtually next door or, if you show your booking confirmation, you get half price in the nearest car park.

All good at this hotel and very useful for stuff in the city plus around the rest of the shopping and beach area, loving the food and drink options available. Breakfast is brilliant and big thanks to the Lady who is there preparing it all each morning. Rooms are brilliant and sound proofing well thought out at this location and other Ibis Hotel collections. Plan on staying more times in the coming time, though the winter season seems to be a favourite.

I popped into the hotel for a drink and quick bite to eat with friends. They looked at the menu and didn’t like the prices or the offering. I quickly informed them “you can’t go wrong with nachos” as it’s a safe bet everywhere…. The price was higher than I normally pay though….. anyway, I nearly fell off my chair when they brought it out to me. It was the smallest portion I’ve ever seen. I ate it thoroughly annoyed in about two seconds flat and then had to go somewhere else to buy a full meal. I’ve never seen such a small portion of anything. I was literally robbed of nearly £10 for less than a handful of nachos. I will never spend a penny in that place again…. I quickly realised why I never see anyone eating there….. I was legally robbed but it won’t happen again!

Functional but comfortable hotel right next to Brighton Station and a very short walk from the North Laines and the Brighton Pavilion. The room was warm and clean and have everything I needed. Was at the back on the 9th floor and had a great view of Brighton. Staff were fabulously helpful. I was able to leave my bags there after I’d checked out. Only gripe was the shower was a bit weedy.

Great location, only a 15 minute walk from the lanes and less than 2 minutes to the train station. The bed was super super comfy and we got fresh towels every day. Wasn’t so keen on the step up into the bathroom and our shower gels etc were empty but apart from that it was a good stay and I’d come back when visiting Brighton. One of the better Ibis hotels I’ve stayed in.

From arriving at the hotel until my departure I have to say that this was one of the finest stays that I have experienced at an Ibis Hotel in the UK and probably one of the finest hotels stays ever while on business in the UK. The location of the hotel is awesome for the train station and thereafter for the hot spots of the great city of Brighton which are all in easy reach of the hotel either on foot or by the excellent buses which depart from the street in front of the hotel. The check-in was a delight made special by the amazingly friendly, efficient, and professional welcome by employees who really appreciated your choice to stay at the Ibis and would go on to make our stay a memorable one for all the right reasons. The room was larger than most I have stayed in, with a great bathroom with a double aspect shower, all space was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and aided a great night's sleep in a quiet room given that you in the heart of the city. My only disappointment was the small television yet the Wi-Fi was excellent. The bar was well stocked and not too expensive, did not have time for breakfast so cannot comment. Look forward to returning to this brilliant hotel which was made that extra special by the staff, especially Chris and Thomas.
