Staff really nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was a nice size and the view really good Would recommend it if you want a reasonable priced b&b Be aware they do the B but the breakfast you have to buy yourself !!! No facility in the hotel.

My friend and I came down for The Great Escape Festival and had a brilliant time at Strawberry Fields. The staff were very warm and accommodating and the accommodation itself was commodious, clean and pretty. Looking forward to staying there again!

The rooms are comfortable and make you feel at home. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much. It is minutes from the seafront and the pier, it has close access to supermarkets and the lanes making a great holiday.

Average sized rooms in a converted 5 storey house. So quite a few stairs to negotiate. Friendly reception staff. Stairs relatively uneven and carpets slightly worn. Quite a climb if you are on the top floor. Rooms have a nice strawberry theme which are clean but a little tired looking and in need of decorating. At £100 for room only...

For us this was an alternative as another hotel forgot about our reservation, we requested no Brighton and got here. well it's Brigton already! 50 meters from the beach and 100 from the east pier. location (for city visitor) very good at the edge of shopping area, lots of small places for breakfast around the corner. what is most striking...

I stayed with my 2 young children ( 8 and 9yrs old). Very central location, nice clean and friendly staff who were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to get away from it all and have a nice break.

We booked at short notice and didn't really know what to expect so it was great to find the rooms were clean, nicely presented and well equipped (tv, iron, hair dryer, kettle and plenty of tea and coffee). We were told in advance that there was no breakfast or parking on-site but both were available nearby at a reasonable cost...

The room we had was as described and very comfortable, which is exactly what we required as we were here to run the marrathon. It's a shame they don't do breakfast, however there are loads of cafes nearby. We walked around the town for other cafe's as the prices vary considerably from one area to another, yet they aren't too...

Great location that is central to Brighton pier & not too far from the train station (£6 in an uber), beautiful views from the window of the room, great staffing and an absolutely immaculate room. great value for money too. ONLY bad thing was accessibility - no lift.

Stayed here for one night with my other half. Check in was straight forwards but strange for a Bed and Breakfast not to include breakfast? Location was great only a five minute walk into the centre of Brighton. Room was comfortable as was the bed. The only negative I have is that around 6am the water heater kicked in which...

Dear guest, Thanks for your review and for staying with us. It is true that at the moment we are not offering breakfast, for that reason we appear everywhere as a 'Guesthouse' so this is clear for all our guest when booking directly or through any other agency. Nevertheless, sometimes we are included in 'B&B' category for reasons that are...
