My husband booked this for a weekend away on family business - to me it cost a fortune, especially when we got there and saw what you get. The décor is nice, but there is no space for anything. We were in a superior room, so I dread to think how small basic rooms are. It's hard to get up...

We booked for 2 nights to spend time with our friends in Saltdean. We had studied the pictures and descriptions and so we knew pretty much what to expect. One thing we really loved, was that unless you really wanted to, you didn't have to see anyone. They email you a code to get in, then they leave you an...

Firstly, I booked a superior room and thought that I was going to get a room similar to the luxury room in their photographs, with a bath in etc. However we were in the small box room at the top of the house; if we had taken the cat we would not have had room to swing him! If this...

Okay it's not a hotel it's a en-suite room but really what are you using it for if not to sleep. Only downside is we requested twin beds as I was going with my sister and had a double instead. As we arrived very late nearly 10pm it didn't seem worth mentioning. The room is quite spacious and nicely decorated...

I visit Brighton with a friend once a year and we've tried out many b & bs. This one was by far the most peaceful and which for us is a fabulous thing! Very comfortable too! Booking process was easy (love that you could pick your room) and pre-arrival message with door code arrived promptly. I quite liked that hands...

I have visited this Brighton Inn Boutique with my girlfriend in Easter. We stayed for 3 days and I have to admit we left with good memories. The best advantage of all I think is the location. Quiet road but near to coffee shops, restaurant, neat the sea,etc etc. Anything you want is in walking distance. About the hotel. The...

Stayed in room 7 for one night with my partner. Lovely furnishings & decor, as well as being spacious. Very comfy bed too. Extremely clean in bathroom & room itself. Also loved the added extras e.g. Hair straighteners & mini fridge. Biggest compliments to the breakfast hamper idea, lovely to have in bed at a time slot of your choice...

Visited during half term with my partner. We had an amazing stay - perfect and clean room, comfy bed, wet room, good location. The highlight was definitely the breakfast basket - so much to choose from and excellent quality of food. A brilliant idea for indulging in breakfast in bed! Would definitely stay here again.

Two key issues; I was placed in room 7 on the top floor. There is no lift and it is reached by 4 staircases, the final one being so steep, it's only safe to descend backwards. Rather nautical but only suitable for confident climbers and minimal luggage. Breakfast isn't available before 0800 There is a message advising guests to call...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Brighton Inn boutique guest accommodation is a boutique bed and breakfast occupying a fully refurbished 1890s built four storey georgian townhouse situated in a quiet residential street in the fashionable Kemp town area of Brighton. Just one street back from the seafront and a ten minute walk to the pier, city centre, lanes and the marina we offer a great base from which you can explore all that Brighton has to offer and do it in comfort and style. We have many of Brightons top bars and restaurants on our doorstep for when the seafront and city centre prove too busy or you simply want to chillout nearby. We have seven completely different rooms for you to choose between ranging from our two cosy, compact doubles, to our medium sized luxury and superior doubles featuring superking beds, then our two suites which are larger and feature freestanding roll top baths in the room as well as our bespoke ensuite wet rooms. All of our room types feature ensuite wet rooms with underfloor heating and grohe showers with rain and power shower attachments. All rooms are sumptuously decorated and furnished to provide that high end feel without the hefty high end price tag. Our aim is to provide affordable luxury accommodation without all the fuss. We pride ourselves on being discreet and professional, but laid back. We operate a self check in procedure via a coded front door enabling you to check in when you like (from 2pm), then come and go as you please using your own unique door code. Each morning we provide you with a luxury breakfast hamper delivered to your room at a time of your choice with the contents of your choice for you to enjoy in bed. What better way to start the day? Our best rates are always available via our own website rather than the online travel agents. Please look at our special offers when choosing a room to book. PARKING Parking can be difficult in Brighton due to it being a busy city. There are no car parks, so all the parking is on street which is organised by the local council. When you book a room at the Brighton Inn boutique guest accommodation, we endeavour to email precise parking instructions which, if followed, will get you parked quickly, cheaply, with no fuss, close to our accommodation. ... more   less
