I spend a lot of time away from home & stay in hotels all around the UK. We were invited to a friends wedding in Brighton so need some where to stay for two nights Friday & Saturday, I looked at Hotels I would normally use and the cost was out of this world. My wife found this B&B, I...

Considering that when I got there it had been smashing down with rain let me get in the room before sorting the bill so I could dry off. Bed Comfy, Wifi good and great bathroom to wash in. I've stayed in various hotels in Brighton over the years and this is by far the best! A great little B7B in a converted townhouse. Run by a lovely couple who clearly take pride in their business and provide the upmost in customer care. The room was lovely and spacious - an angled sea view which meant sitting in the...

We enjoyed our couple of days in Brighton and were very well looked after and comfortable in this great B and B . It was our first visit to Brighton and were pleasantly surprised at this very unique city. We really visited to see a musical playing at the beautiful Theatre Royal and decided to stay an extra day and...

Great location, room, service and food! We where running late and the owners stayed late to check us in, park our car and advise us of the best places to go in the area. Plus they cater for gluten free. Fantastic!

Richard and Lorraine run a beautifully designed and extremely welcoming boutique hotel with a lovely breakfast, wonderfully welcoming and comfortable beds and lots of knowledge of local sights and attractions. Thank you for a lovely break!

We stayed here for a couple of nights as a little getaway in Brighton. Location is perfect - right by the seafront and within walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Brighton! Room was clean and nicely decorated - however just lacked storage and a full length mirror. Sink in main room was a bit annoying too but wasn't...

We stayed for 2 nights in May for our anniversary. We have a king with a partial sea view. Lovely clean crisp room, huge bed which was so comfy, and a lovely little bathroom.. Could not fault the place. The breakfast was the best we've had, and all freshly made to order and sourced from local farms- delicious ! The...

My mom and I stayed here for a 3 day getaway to Brighton. The owners are extremely welcoming. We had never stayed in a B&B before, and honestly it felt like we were staying in a friends home. Richard provided us with a map and some recommendations for the area. Lorraine always took care of us in the morning with...
