The room was very nice and clean, there was towels to use in the shared bathroom and the shared toilet was also clean. Modern place and very good value for money, would highly recommend this guest house for any short stay.

This might just always be my Go-to place in Brighton !! The location was brilliant as it is near to heart of the city and Brighton Pier. There is a bus stop right outside the guest house which takes you just about everywhere you want to visit in Brighton. Train station is 2-3minutes which was ideal for my travel from London. The room was great, airy and spacious ! Much better than paying and staying in small hotel rooms. Hosts were absolutely delightful and very helpful indeed. I totally recommend.

So not the most exotic hotel on the side of an 'A' road and a little slow for people to bring us the keys. However the room was super clean and really comfortable. Considering the position was very quiet and good place to get head down after long trip. Bathroom was clean and good fixtures etc. There aren't any other facilities such as food or luxuries but if you want to be fairly close to Brighton (about 15 min car drive) it's a good choice and not crazy prices. As limited facilities / parking gets a 3 but nearly a 4 :)

I stayed here while working away and although clean. The place is not a hotel but a house with rooms. I had to share a bathroom and toilet which is not ideal when you want to go to the loo in the night. The road outside is massively noisy until the early hours and for £60 a night I was very disappointed. I would not advise staying here if your visiting Brighton as it is too far out and with the other limitations it feels like your staying in a mates spare room.

Could not fault the room and bathroom as they were spotless! The 2nd floor is a shared bathroom but there are two toilets, so there was never an issue. Comfortable beds and great nights sleep (although it's next to a dual carriage way it is quiet at night). Parking is £5 a day and it's difficult to find parking in the lay by outside but further in the town there are a few spaces. No breakfast is not a problem as the town has many cafes, shops etc that are 2 minutes away. Also, trains are very frequent and cheap, getting to Brighton in 10 minutes from here - hotel is a 2 min walk from station. However, contact details on confirmation email need an update as tried to contact the No. and email but both didn't work. Not an issue though as owner contacted us through the form online and sent his number across. Would recommend and stay here again. Thanks
