The first thing on my mind was to have a shower, the shower was spotless. The toilets were stocked and spotless. I booked very late in the day, Infact it was about 8:30pm and by 9:30...

We stayed over night as we were going to a show in Bexhill on sea (£7 cab).. It's a lovely big house. Very clean. Good breakfast. Polite hosts. We requested a sea view so we had a room at the front of the house, which did mean we were on the main road, which could be noisy at times. But...

We chose this guest house because it was two blocks from the train station on a busy weekend. Much to our surprise we were able to find street parking in front of the building. The accommodations were perfectly charming, with a big room and en suite bathroom, comfortable bed, clean and crisp furnishings. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating,...

From, Amazing hosts to a beautiful sea view bedroom, what more could our family ask for. The top floor bedroom, we stayed in, was quiet and so relaxing. We also had a fridge, and kettle with tea coffee, hot chocolate, etc. The beds were so comfy, best nights, sleep I have had for ages. I can not praise this bed...

Booked an overnight stay and was warmly welcomed on arrival and shown to comfortable double room. Was rather stuffy as it was a hot day and windows didn't open fully so could have done with a fan. Was recommended to take a trip into Old Town to see a free circus called Cirque du Platek which we did and both...

Kevin and Angie were superb hosts at this lovely little gem of a guest house in Hastings! Breakfast was great and the room was lovely, clean and the beds were very comfortable (I find this a rarity in many hotels). They cooed over my daughter and made her feel happy and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable...

We were looking for a one night stay in St Lonards and found this little gem. We had a large clean family room with on suite overlooking the sea. We stayed the 12th August. The host Kevin was very hospitable and friendly and we had a wonderful breakfast. Definitely would stay again.

A trip down memory lane for me made memorable by Kevin & Angela. Lovely guest house, fabulous breakfasts !!! A real treat to be so close to the sea and to be able to sit and watch the waves from the prom opposite the guest house.
