I was married at this venue. There was a sewage leak in the gardens my ceremony took place causing the stench of sewage and flooded grounds. Everyone including me - the bride - had muck covered feet. My poor 5 year old nephew, who was also a page boy fell flat down in it covering his suit in mud meaning...

Me and the wife stayed here for a night after enjoying a spa day. The staff here are all friendly and helpful, the food is decent, I had the venison which was cooked perfect, and the wife had cod, very tasty. Breakfast was lovely English and continental, we had the full English of course. Room was small but cosy, and...

I was a guest at a wedding and was incredibly disappointed by the terrible and careless service, mainly by the manager. I know the the couple have tried to voice their concerns with no response, even with Duncan bannantyne himself blaming the guests and ignoring the complaint, I just don't understand it! There's no ownership and it's disgusting... this is...

My mum and I went here as a present to my mum for Mother's Day, we went on Thursday the 13th of April and we had a really lovely day. The staff were really helpful and couldn't do enough to help. We had a lovely massage, which left us feeling relaxed. We will definitely be going there again in the...

It's the staff that make this hotel so special. They really do give you the impression nothing is too much trouble. We loved the relaxed atmosphere, the good food at dinner, the gardens and the health club. In fact everything was good. Our spa break included dinner, a bottle of fizz, a luxury skincare collection, treatments and breakfast and was...

On arrival we were a little dissapointed with the internal fabric of the building, it had the feel and look of our local swimming pool. Blue carpets, green walls and cheap furniture let the place down. The food in the restaurant was very disappointing, nearly £8 for some lettuce leafs and a boiled egg. You could do so much better....

Loved the room, the his and hers dressing gowns, the food and the staff. The Spa was great too. Let people know the they have to pay £5.00 to use it though as this wasn't clear when booking. The air extractor in the bathroom was really loud and the large shower head didn't seem to work. The front desk didn't...

We went to the bannatyne spa hotel for a one night stay and had some treatments booked in their spa which were very relaxing. We had dinner in the main restaurant the food was good but it was quiet. Wouldn't go back but still enjoyed it.

Set in beautiful grounds, we had a comfortable, well furnished room with a big bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and our evening meal was exceptional. Staff were helpful and attentive especially Emma the restaurant manager.
