The estate is beautiful but the whole service could be better. On check in we were told we could not dine in the restaurant at our desired time due to a private event, really? In the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was the worst part, it was raining inside and there were buckets everywhere to contain the rain, the food was...

We stayed for 3 nights at this pleasant Spa Hotel about 4 miles from Hastings. My wife was working and I accompanied her. On the 1st night we dined in the Conservatory Restaurant. The meal was very good and the staff very helpful - as all staff were throughout our stay. Our bedroom had a comfortable double bed and the...

Stayed here only once with a bottle of Champers with a Friend and that was great, but the Health facilities are awesom! outdoor very warm hot tubs on cold days and state of the art gym, with 2 levels for cardio! The Manor house is lovely too with modern chic bar and grounds.

The spa and gym is actually situated in a completely different building! It's a 2 minute walk across a rainy cold car...

Can't complain about anything really. Fab room, great service and great value! Was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Food in the bar and restaurant was of a very high standard and their cheesecake was the best I've had - and with a thick biscuit base (just as they should ;-)

I purchased this spa overnight package as a birthday treat for my daughter. From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, the staff could not have been more helpful. Alex, the Manager, runs a wonderful staff, and was helpfulness personified, and there is an excellent atmosphere throughout. The food was delicious, nothing was too much trouble for anyone,...

I was impressed with this hotel. Staff were great and couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in a large room with an en suite bathroom. They decor was plush and the bed very comfortable. We had an iron and hair dryer in the room. There were coffee and tea facilities. The bar was mid range price and comfortable. The breakfast...
