This was the third time I had stayed at the hotel whilst travelling for business and never again. Considering the booking was made by a business travel organisation and double room is usual for any adult; I was given a very dated (something out of Miss Marple) and very tired triple room (three very small single beds). Add to this...

Thank you for taking time out to review the hotel. We're so sorry that you did not receive the phone call you expected. My colleague did speak to the company through which the booking was made to resolve the issue, but unfortunately it does look as if the phone call to be made directly to you was over-looked. Please send...

I had seen an offer on Wowcher.com but wanted the date of our anniversary so I called the hotel direct and they were happy to match the offer. We were extremely satisfied with the price and what was included, our room was excellent too, so all...

Was heading towards Eastbourne, but stopped at St.Leonard's after Hastings on the sea-front and asked about vacancies. Reception were super helpful, offered a great rate and a great duplex twin suite room, with free sea-view. Enjoyed it so much extended stay there for a week+ from a few days initially. Public spaces on ground/1st floor are 4-star and the restaurant...

Only stayed on room only basis so didn't try the restaurant or food. Parking limited but free on the side streets behind the hotel. Smells musty in the corridors and...

Dusty enjoyed Hastings. Lots of walkies. He loved our family room at this elegant hotel. We were impressed with the service given. We really enjoyed the food, especially the Afternoon Tea. Dusty loved the breakfast sausages. Would have given an Excellent rating if the waiter had counted the number having afternoon tea & given us the required number of sandwiches,...

Me and my friend booked this hotel as part of a deal which was so reasonable priced! It included bed and breakfast with afternoon tea. Firstly the hotel is right in front of the sea which was amazing, we drove so managed to find parking on a street which was a 2 minute walk from the hotel! The staff at...
