Lovely room, amazing sea view (worth the extra), clean and staff friendly. Ideally situated for central Hastings, the pier etc. Still a work in progress with redecoration but should look really good when complete. No restaurant or bar, but some good ones a short walk to the west. Parkng is as described - underground pay carpark in front of it...

Room was ultra clean, warm and just right for a comfortable short stay. Value...

We had a very warm welcome from the lady on reception and she explained everything we needed to know for our stay and made clear that the hotel was going through a period of refurbishment. She assured us all the rooms...
