Tracey is wonderfully welcoming, with great breakfast with local produce. Our double room which is one of the four bedrooms had a great en suite with lovely and clean and well decorated. I fully recommend the salmon bagel for breakfast, or the full english with black pudding. Was nice having a key letting you in and out meaning no time...

Our second visit just as comforting as the first.Tracey does everything to make one feel welcomed and comfortable.Breakfast was delicious,we had the full English and Bagel with Smoked Salmon and Scrambled eggs. Our ensuite room was gorgeous with views of the quaint Old Town. The room is tidied each day which made me feel pampered!! Till the next time Tracey thankyou.

We have just returned after a two night stay for Hastings Pirates Day. We wanted somewhere close to everything including my sister's house in the old town. She had more family staying so couldn't accommodate us. Tracey made us feel very welcome from the initial booking email and throughout our stay. Accommodation was clean with good facilities and competitively priced....

brilliant handy location in the old town, despite the accomodation being in a lively spot, once the window was shut we got an excellent nights sleep.the room was spotless, bright and airy.you would be hard pressed to find a more varied breakfast menu(all cooked to perfection),and with those extra nice little touches, such as the freshly brewed coffee and home made rostis.would highly recommend!

Thank you so much Bridget. I'm really glad you enjoyed your stay, and that you liked the breakfasts. I do try to give my guests a varied selection of choices in the morning, and it's really nice to hear that that is appreciated. I hope you both have a lovely summer. All the best. Tracey

I stayed at the Old Town Guest House with my partner for a long weekend. The hotel itself has no parking but has multiple secure car parks a short distance away. Thanks to a welcome email by Tracey containing instructions the hotel was easy to find and is in a great location, across the road from the beach and right...

Centraly situated with friendly helpful staff. Our room was a bit small but spotlessly clean and bright. The location could not be better. Excellent breakfast menu. We had the best tasting locally sourced Kippers. Very good value for money. Definitely worth a return visit.
