Two friends & I Were in Cheltenham for a few days & ended up visiting The Catherine Wheel for some food & drinks due to the poor quality of service in our hotel. The Staff there were very friendly, helpful & great fun which is what we Irish like. We plan on staying in their nearby accomodation next year. Thanks...

I have just got back from a nights bed and breakfast stay. My friend and I stayed in a twin room. It was modern, clean and decorated beautifully. It just did not have much natural light. The pub is a short stroll to the very pretty village and is excellent value for money. We had lunch and dinner here. We...

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this lovely pub in Bibury. We would just like to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, from beginning to end. The pub is very popular, both with locals and tourists and everyone is made welcome. We would like to thank all the staff as they...

The staff at the Catherine Wheel pulled out all the stops to make our family birthday celebration a really special event. Five of us booked for dinner for my husband's birthday. We pre-ordered our meals because it was a busy time before Christmas. But there was no waiting or mix-up about what people had ordered, even though we had made...

We stayed in the twin room. The room was clean and comfortable, although the beds were small. Our room was near the roadside but there was hardly any car passing by at night, so it's all quiet here. Staff was friendly. We had dinner and breakfast here , the food was nice !! Oh, and reasonable price too.

Staying at the Cirencester Travelodge I asked the receptionist for recommendations for a nice pub that does good food. The Catherine Wheel was that pub and I pass this on. If you are, like we were, seeking a country pub near the Cotswold Wildlife Park then the Catherine Wheel is worth a visit. We booked on a Thursday for the...
