Spend the day strolling through this gorgeous village. There are lots of very cute shops, tea shops and pubs. Definitely give yourself several hours. Also, lots of B&B's but book in advance as they seem very busy.

Set in the centre of this lovely village, these cottages cannot be faulted. I have just spent a week here and found our particular one well laid out with all mod cons. There is tea and milk provided on arrival. We were shown around on arrival . The parking at the back of the properties for the four cottages is...

Stayed here about two months ago and have just booked again. This is an all positive review. We had a lovely welcome from the lady who looks after the cottages (so sorry I cannot remember her name) and a tour to make sure we knew where everything was. We felt settled and comfortable straight away. The location is second to...

We stayed for a long weekend and were in cottage number 3 Skylar. The cottage was surprisingly spacious. On entering our cottage you went up some stairs to the main living area, which had the fully equipped kitchen, sitting area and also a dining table and chairs. The sofa also doubles up as a further bed if needed. Up some...

Stayed in the Stepping Stones cottage with family, booking in so easy. The cottage was spotless, spacious kitchen and dining/living room. All had a good night's sleep in extremely comfortable beds. The cottage had free WiFi. Extremely good value for money. This has to be one of the best self catering places I have stayed. Thoroughly recommended

Excellent cottages, this was our second stay in the Swallow room. This has been refurbished since our last visit to a high standard. Bourton on water is a lovely village and the location of the cottage is perfect. When arriving tea and coffee was provided, plenty of places to eat out. The car museum is really interesting and entry is...

The first impression on entering one of the cottages was how clean it was. Not a cobweb on any of the beams. There were old sewing machines on an over-stairs shelf and all the lights were switched on giving it a very cosy feel. There were plenty of heaters but these were not needed in the heatwave. Ideally situated and...
