HOTEL amazing, Room amazing, Food amazing, Staff amazing!! Late Twixmas break which we all needed. It was just what the Doctor ordered! Staff were helpful and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. Stayed for three days and ate food off the lunchtime menu and in the Italian Restaurant on both evenings....amazing! Breakfasts were very good, a variety of choices. The...

I stayed here with my new girlfriend in between Christmas and the new year. It was so special - The lights down the river, the Christmas atmosphere, the country pub with log burner followed by dinner at the Italian in this hotel - Hotel was lovely - Staff were attentive and helpful - The room was the romantic touch that...

Lovely little hotel but unfortunately we had an issue with our radiator in the room which was only resolved on day 3 of our 4 day holiday despite the staff being told after our first night in the hotel. Radiator could not be turned down and was on full in the room. we had to sleep with the windows wide...

Surprise night away for myself and partner, last minute reservation on booking.com. Arrived at 2.00 p.m. to check in, staff were very welcoming and friendly, room was large and comfortable although no bath, certainly not an issue. Excellent value considering the location, arrive early for a parking space..

I wanted an idyllic English country setting, and settled on Bourton on the Water. I used TripAdvisor to make this selection and we are very pleased with our choice. The village is small and Chester House is conveniently nestled one short village block away. The experience was literally like stepping into a Thomas Kinkade painting from the moment we got...

I stopped overnight as part of a business trip. The Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming which made a change from the normal "corporate" hotels. The room was huge compared to those hotels. (I had the middle grade one) and was very comfortable. The location was ideal for an overnight stop , convenient to main road but in a...

This hotel is awesome and fits into the quirky Cotswold theme. The food in their restaurant is amazing Italian cuisine and the town is small enough to walk around. All restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Nice room, modern decor, good amenities , central location, arrive early to guarantee a free car space , not enough spaces for every room , if the hotel is full. Everything in bourton on water is on your doorstep,
