We stayed two nights in Room 5. The building is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable and more than adequate. The breakfast is superb with excellent table service. Holly on the desk was very helpful and friendly. Evening drinks by the fireplace in the sitting room was a great touch too. The rear gardens are beautiful and the car park is...

Overall this is a very good hotel, but a couple of little things stopped it being excellent. On the plus side the location is brilliant, the breakfast was superb and the general feel of the hotel is very good. On a negative side, the room had damp issues, the staff lacked any charisma and weren't very knowledgeable!

Very welcoming staff, told us about the history of the hotel including the ghosts. Usual fare for an afternoon tea. Sandwiches (a bigger selection of fillings would have been nice) but good value for money. Scones were tasty, cakes were ok, but no offer of a doggy bag to take left overs home. Lol

The hotel itself is very charming and is in a brilliant spot in the middle of Bourton. There is a lovely big...

It's lovely and quiet in there and both rooms had oriental style headboards on the beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were...

We stayed here for the weekend and at first was a bit unsure how it was going to be after reading some bad reviews. We was not disappointed. We stayed in room 9 and it was perfect, clean, great amenities. The staff were all friendly and could not do enough for you. The breakfast was one of the best I...
