Hotel's Favourite
The apartments are excellent. First time visit, so picked the Tivoli Studio. This was just perfect for the two of us a two nights. The studio offered everything you would need. All amenities are catered for and it is very well decorated. Lovely little touch with a breakfast basked on arrival. There was plenty of coffee pods, the internet is very quick and the TV is good. The bed looks new and very comfortable and the bathroom is full of mirrors with large double shower. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and shower cap all provided and also replaced daily. The location is opposite the NCP car park and on a main road but the traffic noise is minimal. The free parking at the back is great, plenty of space. The aprtment itself is in an excellent location for the town centre and brewery quarter. The owners/host met us on arrival, we were early but they managed to have the studio available early for us so we could start the short break straight away. Excellent place, highly recommended and if the other apartments are as good as the studio, then you wont be disappointed

I stayed for 2 nights and the apartment was a good size, nicely designed and well organised. The lounge / kitchen area was very comfortable and the team left milk and coffee etc. I would certainly away again.

We stayed here over the weekend of the Cheltenham balloon fiesta as the usual hotel we stay at were charging exuberant prices. The communication from the owner was exemplary throughout and well managed. The apartment we stayed in was finished to the highest of standards with everything provided for a self catered stay.Ideally positioned in the centre of Cheltenham with everything within walking distance I can’t help thinking that we were lucky to have found this place especially as it even had a car parking space which is a plus when town centre space is limited. Thanks,we’re sure to stay again but this time for the racing.

We spent a Friday and Saturday night weekend here again and enjoyed it. Lovely decor, clean and has everything you need. Was lovely and quiet despite a mass invasion of travellers in the car park opposite. Lovely M&S provisions left for us. The only downside, the bed is on the harder side of hard but that's just my preference.

We use these apartments for my elderly mother and I couldn’t fault them. Great location, clean, beautifully done. Milk, croissants, bread and orange juice in the fridge, well equipped, and the loveliest staff who can’t do enough for you as well as being friendly and efficient. Thoroughly recommend for a hotel quality experience in a home from home setting.

The availability of parking and a friendly welcome started our stay off well. The Montpellier Suite is spacious and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. It was very homely, a bit like staying with friends (but the friends being away). Provisions included cereal, croissants, bread, fruit, tea and coffee. Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses etc. The only things I would have liked are dressing gowns and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom was really clean and the shower was great. We visited during Storm Alex and the weather was truly terrible – it was therefore particular nice to have a comfortable lounge area to escape the rain. The only preventable issue we had was lack of room servicing on the second day – a genuine mix up I think, but not good to have to venture into the rain for toilet rolls. Eventually at around four, supplies did turn up (we weren’t bothered about having the bed made, but did need dry towels and replacement coffee/cereals etc.) The other issue was water dripping into the bedroom overnight – not foreseeable and no doubt now sorted out – Storm Alex was relentless. Apartment is a just few minutes walk to shops, restaurants etc. We would be very happy to stay again.

We arrived here last night and were immediately impressed with the quality and size of the apartment in this stunning grade 2 listed building. Bedroom, bathroom and good sized living and kitchen area. Very convenient parking and outside space. The interior design is very nice and homely. It is ideally situated near Cheltenham city centre. Perfect as a base for exploration. A nice surprise to find coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread, butter, croissants cereal etc available in apartment. A fully functioning kitchen including my favourite thing, a coffee machine. Flat screen TVs in living and bedroom. Thumbs up to the owners. Lots of ‘nice touches’. We would highly recommend.

What a great find, these apartments are spotlessly clean, very well equipped and close to the centre. Reasonably priced too. We had such a lovely welcome, a lovely touch of great breakfast facilities in the fridge on your arrival, I would never stay anywhere else now when in Cheltenham. Fabulous hosts, top luxury apartments - just superb!
