A really lovely little hotel on the outskirts of Cheltenham. Don’t be put off by the fact it is contactless! The codes to front door and rooms are very easy to use. Plenty of free, safe parking. On the main road but minimal noise from that when you are in the bedroom. Our room, no 2 , was ground floor with a lovely big walk in shower. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and with two very comfortable beds. Good quality bed linen and towels. Hot water was plentiful. Plenty of storage space. Lighting was somewhat subdued but that seems to be the norm in hotels these days! We were visiting friends in the area so only ate in the Oncore restaurant once. It was an amazingly good meal and we have recommended the restaurant to local friends. Very friendly staff. I have only one small niggle, and it is small, there is not a box of tissues in the bedroom! I found this surprising for a hotel of this calibre. When next in the area we will definitely be back. …

I stayed here with a friend while doing the Cotswold Way walk. The hotel has been recently renovated. Our room was very spacious and the bed’s very comfortable. The on site restaurant Oncore served the best meal of our trip. Highly recommended

I stayed here for two nights at the beginning of March. I booked this hotel because it was close to the home of the friend I was visiting and was not too expensive. I had a deluxe room with two single beds. Bed was comfortable and looked very new. The hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard, everything is clean and modern. My room had a bath and good shower, plenty of storage, a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The room did not have a fridge or a safe or a hairdryer. The hotel is contactless, and appears not to have any reception staff (I didn’t see any while I was there). The hotel sends you a code for the front door, tells you which room you are in and gives you a second code for a key box outside your room which contains the key for your room. It took me a minute to work out how to open the key box. I didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. The hotel is located about 2.5 miles outside Cheltenham town centre but is handy for Charlton Kings. A few reasonable pubs not too far away. Overall a good stay and would stay again.…

A great place to stay after a long, very cold drive. The hotel has recently reopened and has been completely refurbished to a high standard. Very comfortable with private bath and shower and a very welcome breakfast.

Such a lovely little hotel on the edge of the Cotswolds. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfy. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back - highly recommended

Location was perfect for Cheltenham Hospital; room was very clean; hotel was very quiet; food at supper was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel has been newly redecorated - tastefully done.

We had a nice welcome from the manager The room was very good and had all the amenities, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and it was served very well We would certainly stay there again.
