We chose this restaurant having read the glowing reviews on Trip Advisor. The food was of outstanding quality & well presented although it would have been nice to be offered a dish of vegetables with the main courses as there were very few on the plate. However there were 6 of us in the party & those drinking red wine...

We visit Stow frequently and never miss a chance to dine and drink at the Porch. Very cosy, friendly, authentic and good food. I'd say a must do if visiting the area. It is a 2 minute walk to the Square, several decent restaurants within a block or 2 and Stow itself is one of the most picturesque villages in...

Took the Wife out for a cheeky lunch at The Porch House. Front of house a traditional looking Pub which reveals a light and airy Conservatory at the rear, also seating outside on a sunny day. Food wise a good menu at reasonable prices and well presented and tasty. Staff were helpful and tentative Recommended!

Visited here for Sunday lunch , the pub itself is a lovely old building and said to be the oldest in England! The food was really good and very enjoyable and by far the best Yorkshire pudding I have had. Staff were lovely and very attentive would definitely recommend 10/10

We visited The Porch House on a rainy Saturday lunch time. Luckily we got there before 12 as this place gets busy. We had a burger, fish and chips from the main meals and a sandwich and chips from the lighter bites section. Great service, value for money and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our visit...

The Porch House is well located in the center of the Cotswolds. Our room was small but well appointed with a very comfortable bed and beautiful design. Also has a great restaurant and pub. Included breakfast was very good as well.

A great hotel where the staff are really welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We dined in the restaurant and the food was amazing with a good mix of dishes on their menu ... classic and a bit more sophisticated - definitely recommend the salmon and fennel. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Occupying three bedrooms to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday, my wife & I enjoyed a superior room at the very top of the hotel. Tastefully furnished, clean, tidy and up together, our room reflected the history of England's oldest inn. The atmosphere in the bar was very pleasant, the staff well drilled and attentive to our needs as a family....
