Came here for a family break to The Cotswolds, the hotel is a listed building and it is a lovely building. We stayed in a family room and it was the biggest room I've ever stayed in before, it was massive! Cold though and took ages to heat up and the telly was tiny and seemed so far away from...

I have stayed in varying standards of accommodation in many places but I have never been anywhere with better staff. From the 1st meet and greet at reception until we left (2 night stay), the staff were, without exception amazing. They were warm, engaging and helpful, they smiled and appeared to take a genuine interest to ensure we enjoyed our...

The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was massive and so comfortable. Dining room area facilities were amazing. Views over Stratford Park. Fantastic. The staff were immense, kind and helpful, especially the kind receptionist who showed us a photo on her phone of a Deer wondering into her back garden. Cant beat this place.

Nice clean room. Friendly reception. Great breakfast at attached Brewers Fayre. Easy parking. Stress free stay. All disabled rooms were taken at time of booking, but staff made sure we had a ground floor room.

This place needs a revamp and quickly.... Family room was very hot the fans just blow around the warm air No elevator/lift for the elderly or children And the one thing I was absolutely astonished by was they don't except cash! We gave our bank details over the phone when booking but we planned to use cash when we got...

No big problems, sons bed was more a camp bed and you could feel every spring so he slept in bed with us with resulted in us not having the best nights sleep but my husband told them at check out and they refunded us for one night and apologised, we would definitely stay again

Comfortable clean and quiet room. Very pleasant helpful staff when I arrived late, at breakfast and in finding directions for me the next morning. Best of all, a bed like a cloud! A very good reliable stop over.

I'm normally staying in the stock Premier Inn for work, but due to all the Bristol ones been full I stayed at the Stroud one, and I will be staying here again. It looks to be an old country house which has been convert over the years into a hotel, which the Premier Inn chain have bought and fitted out....
